To the delight of veggies, the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information and Training Centre will organize a one-day training programme on how to prepare vegetarian gravy dishes. The session will be held on Wednesday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. The course will cover eight types of gravies that are consumed with naan, parota and rumali roti.
