Tamil Nadu Open University to introduce acting course

Tamil Nadu Open University will be introducing Koothupattarai in order to train people who are interested in acting at a low price. Skilled actors who are acting in films and television serials will train the students.
University Vice Chancellor while speaking said, “The Koothupattarai who sculpted the talented actors are now in a very bad state of affairs. At the same time many youngsters are interested in acting. So the University has decided to train these youngsters in acting at a low cost. This will be a 15 day course. In a batch 30 students will be trained. In private colleges they collect Rs 50,000 as fees for three months course. It has been decided to collect Rs 6000 to 7000 for this short term course. No educational qualification or age limit is required.”
