Over the last few decades a variety of robots have been invented to perform various chores.

Now, a robot that can help construct a house for human dwelling has been invented!!

Mr. Mark Pivac, an engineer from Australia, has designed this robot. The robot is named ‘Hadrian’.

Generally, it may take 4 to 6 weeks or even more time for humans to construct a house.  However, this robot, Hadrian, takes only 2 days to construct a house!

Hadrian lays 1000 bricks as per design in an hour’s time. The robot has 28’ (feet) long hands. With these rather long hands, it is able to construct at a high speed.

Engineer Mark Pivac informs that the robot is capable of building 150 house in a year!

Arrangements are under way for commercial manufacture of ‘Hadrian’ robots.

Apple vice-president, Mr. Steve Wozniak, has commented that at the present rate of robots made to perform several activities, they may yet become like pets to human beings – like a dog!
