SMILE! Start your day with a good mood. Smile at yourself first. 
THINK POSITIVE! Start your day with a positive thought. Be optimistic about the day. 
READ SOMETHING POSITIVE! Start your day by reading a positive quote or a positive book. Or listen to upbeat music. 
WAKE UP AT THE SAME TIME! Keep to a specific time to wake up. You will find that oversleeping will make you sluggish
LEAVE EARLY! Leaving for work or an appointment early leaves you time to prepare. Plus, it is good manners to be on time. 
DON’T SNOOZE! However tempting it may be to hit that snooze button, don’t. You will only feel more tired.
