Usually, Tirupathi Laddu remains good for 2-3 days. Now, the company (Indian Packaging Technology Board) has discussed with the administrators of TTD regarding the implementation of a new technology which will preserve Tirupathi Laddus for 3 weeks.
Public expectation has been for the longer preservation period for Tirupathi Laddus. Especially, Foreign residents from India are more particular about it. Hence, a new technology has been invented and to be adopted for this purpose.
The technology has been successfully tested in the laboratory. And this was informed to TTD officials. We have promised that the Laddus can be good up to 3 weeks. We are also ready to continue research on improving the preservation period of Tirupathi Laddu.
