Wipros Azim Premji ranked 13th richest person in the world of technology

According to an inaugural list by Forbes Wipro Chairman Azim Premji and HCL founder Shiv Nadar are the only two Indian tycoons in the top 20 richest people in the world of technology. Forbes` first ever list of the 100 richest people in the technology field was released.
Seventy-year-old Premji`s net worth has been pegged at Rs 1.13 Lakhs Crore, while Nadar`s net worth has been pegged at Rs 90 thousands Crores.
Bill Gates, who`s also the world`s richest man, ranks number one among tech tycoons, with a net worth of Rs 5.12 Lakhs Crores. Number two on the list is Larry Ellison, founder of database software firm Oracle, with a net worth estimated at Rs 3.24 Lakhs Crores.
American billionaires occupy 51 of the 100 slots, while 33 are occupied by tech barons from Asia
