Protest against Road Transport and Safety Bill- No autos and vans on 2nd September

In order to protest against the proposed Motor Bill, Transport workers, including employees of state transport corporations, across the country would join nation-wide strike on September 2. Workers from state transport corporations and private transport operators across the nation have unanimously decided to join the 24-hour strike in protest against the proposed Road Transport and Safety Bill which is not only against the interest of workers and state transport bodies but also pro-corporate.
Lorries, autos, vans and taxis will not ply between 6 AM to 6 PM on 2nd September.
