Special ambulance to accompany VIPs security vehicles will be ready in 3 months

Officials have mentioned that within 3 months, the special state-of-art-ambulance that will accompany VIPs will be operational. Vehicles have been purchased and the fabrication work is now being done.
Whenever a VIPs comes to Tamil Nadu and travels in the road, ambulances will have to accompany them along with the security vehicles. Now Rs 80 Lakhs have been sanctioned for four ambulances. State Health Minister C Vijayabaskar on Wednesday announced replacement of 56 old ambulances with new ones for the 108 emergency schemes, setting up of virus research lab at King`s Institute and acoustic emission detectors for 20 government medical college hospitals to detect hearing defects in infants.
