MRTS Train derails near Light House

Chennai mass rapid transit train got derailed but no one was injured. The train departed from Chennai beach to Velacherry. On the way it got derailed near Light House. It has been reported that the ladies coach was derailed. After the derailment, the passengers go down from the train. Since it was lunch hour, there was no much crowd. Railway officials rushed to the spot. Services were hit on the Velacherry-Beach route following the derailment. Recovery work was going on.
