The Madras High Court has said that as per the orders of the First Bench, the Security Committee has held meetings with Chennai City Police and the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) will oversee demarcated areas of the campus.

The newly demarcated area will have 6 entry points or frisking points. They are - (i) One from the Northern Side; (ii) Two from the Madras High Court Advocates Association ground and first floors; (iii) Two near the Small Causes Court Building; and (iv) One at the South Gate. Except the South Gate, entry for advocates would be allowed from all the other five entry points.

Visitors and litigants to the Court will need to get entry passes at the pass issuance counter. They will be able to enter at points located near the Court of Small Causes building. There have been parking spots allotted for advocates of the Madras Bar Association and the Madras High Court Advocates Association. Those with two wheelers can park in the Pondicherry Block. Staff and officers of the Court who have vehicles will need to enter through the South Gate. They have allotted parking spots near the Administrative Block.
