BSNL Chief General Manager S. M. Kalavathy announced a special helpline number for one week for customers to send grievances through SMS or WhatsApp relating to telephone faults with their mobile phone connections.
She said that customers could message 94455 01500 with their grievances which might have cropped up after the rough weather conditions.
Apart from the special temporary helpline, the existing toll-free number 1500 will continue functioning for customers to call and record their grievances.
