Chennai floods - Free travel on MTC buses for the next four days

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has announced that the passengers can travel free of cost for four days from 5th December.
Normality is now returning gradually in the flood affected districts of Chennai, Kancheepuram and Tiruvallur. At this juncture, people would be travelling to different places. Therefore the MTC buses would be operated free of cost to the travelling public from December 5 to 8.
