Postponement of half-yearly examinations applicable to private schools as well

Chief Minister Jayalalihaa explained that the announcement to postpone half-yearly examinations is applicable to all private schools also.
CM has made a press release that since many holidays were declared for the schools in many districts due to incessant heavy rains, half-yearly examinations which were scheduled from 7th December have been postponed to January. However, it seems that some private schools do not consider this announcement as applicable to them.
It is clarified that this postponement of half-yearly examinations is applicable to all government schools, government-aided schools and all private schools as well.
