Book bedrolls online before traveling in trains

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has decided to introduce e-bedroll facility that allows passengers to order bedrolls online on a trial basis at four stations viz New Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) in Mumbai and Mumbai Central. Passengers can avail this facility by paying Rs 140 for two bedsheets and a pillow or Rs 110 for a blanket. These can be purchased together at a cost of Rs 250 or can be purchased separately. The major feature of the scheme was that passengers can take the bedrolls home.
Under the existing arrangement, bedrolls are provided only in AC classes in trains.
