BSNL offers free SIM card

As part of New Year sales promotion, BSNL Chennai Telephones is offering free SIM cards till Jan. 14, 2016.
BSNL has also announced a massive reduction in per minute and per second call rates for its prepaid mobile services. The reduced call rate is applicable with a plan voucher of Rs.36 for per second plans and with a plan voucher of Rs.37 for per minute plans for new customers only.
