The 45th Universal Postal Union (UPU) letter writing competition is to be held by the Department of Posts on Sunday at Anjugam Higher Secondary School, West Mambalam. The contest will be conducted for letter writing in English and any other regional language and is open for students up to 15 years of age. Students can walk in to the venue and take part. They ought to show their school identity card. The topic of the contest is Write a letter to your 45-year-old self.
Winners will be given cash prizes and the best entry at this national-level contest will get qualified for international competition. The top three entries will be reward with gold, silver and bronze medals by UPU.
