There are over ten lakh candidates appearing for the Group 4 examination that filters just a thousand of them. They study in-depth and invest all the time. We trap ourselves in a competition. However, those from the northern parts of the country take minimal efforts to grab a job. The reason behind our lagging state is that we do not have enough awareness about exams for the central government like RRB, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, BHEL, SSC, BEML, Indian postal department, other banking exams, defence factory and so on.
We need to be aware of all these examinations. Applications ought to be sent when there are openings announced in the respective job positions. It is very easy to crack railway examinations. Those who attempt for TNPSC exams can find these really easy. There are many north Indians who work in Southern Railways. The only reason for this is we hesitate to show opposition. We need to show our opposition by succeeding in railway examination. Candidates need to show interest towards applying for these exams. Those from south India need to crack the exam in large numbers and show opposition. This will naturally bring down the number of North Indians hailing from their places to grab a job here.
