Gold rate increased Rs.40 per sovereign

The cost of gold has increased Rs.40 per sovereign on Wednesday evening (Feb 3, 2016). A sovereign was worth Rs.20496.00 and a gram was Rs.2562.00
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24K) is now Rs.2740.00
Price of Silver also increased. A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.35260.00 and a gram was worth Rs.37.70.
