365 AS at Hyatt Regency will feature a scintillating night with percussionist Soundar Rajan and DJ Arjun Hora dishing out collaborative beats. While Arjun has been pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance music and deep techno with his sonic experimentation. Hora performs music like techno, tech house, deep funk and has been performing with names like Anil Chawla, Ash Roy, Martin roth and many more. Soundar is a fine drummer who has been playing for the last 2 decades. Plays traditional drums and percussion instruments and is good with electronic gadgets as well. Currently Soundar plays for Emergence, an indo-acoustic pop band based out of Auroville, Pondicherry.
Soundar is also a drummer for Synergy, an instrumental Indian fusion band that plays a blend of East & West. Soundar travelled widely in Europe entertaining world-wide audience, especially Germany and Netherland as a part of Talam, a local Rthythm based fusion band in Germany. Soundar also plays Latin, African percussion, techno and alternative. Though playing live on-stage is his forte, he has also had numerous chances to play along tracks in studios.
