GCC proposes for commercial complexes, parking lots

In amid of winning at Assembly Elections which are said to be conducted in May, Greater Chennai Corporation is all set to get the flow of revenue with out adding burden over the citizens in Chennai.
Keeping in mind of elections, Greater Chennai Corporation is now looking up to construct parking lots and commercial complexes in Chennai in coming months. With this new idea, GCC to get a continue rain of revenue without increasing taxation over the Chennaities. The council has proposed to build 16-storey and a 10-storey commercial complexes in the city and rent them to IT firms for the revenue.
As of it, an 16-storey commercial complex to be built at Richards Park, 10 Storey in Thidal, Central Chennai and Periyamet. While the Parking lots to be set in more 7 places across Chennai.
