PT leader Krishnasamy announces 4 Constituencies Candidates List for Tamilnadu State Election 2016. In 2016 Election, Puthiya Thamizhagam Party forms alliance with DMK. In that alliance PT Party got 4 constituencies to contest in 2016 election.

- Ottapidaram - Krishnasamy
- Srivilliputhur - Muthukumar
- Vasudevanallur - Anbazhagan
- Krishnarayapuram - V.K. Ayyar
