Tamil Nadu budget session on August 4

The Budget session of the Tamil Nadu Assembly is scheduled to begin on August 4 with Finance Minister O Pannerselvam all set to present the budget for 2011-12 .
The annual financial statement is set to make allocations for Solar-powered green houses , Public health insurance scheme, free laptops, mixies and grinders are also expected to be made during the session.
In an official release on Sunday, Assembly Secretary A M P Jamaludeen said Speaker D Jayakumar had convened the session of the State Assembly for presentation of the Budget.
