Description : Cheruvannur Diaries is a story telling performance in English written by Paul Mathew. A Perch Production play, it narrates the experiences of a typewriter salesman in North Kerala in the 80`s. Comprising simple people, communities and institutions, its a tribute to a grand old product, that was once upon a time, the nerve centre not only of offices, but of many other institutions and lives. Cheruvannur Diaries was conceived and first performed during a 10 day stay cum rehearsal process in Red Earth Kabini, Karnataka.
