In an event set to take place today, Samsung is expected to launch two new smartphones - Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 both of which belong to 2016 edition.
In 2015, Samsung launched its Galaxy J5 and J7 models in the China market. While the J5 model was priced at KRW 290,000 which is equal to Rs 17,000 the J7 model of 2016 is priced KRW 363,000 which is Rs 21,000.
Both of these phones come with advanced hardware and latest designs that carry a metal frame. The bigger galaxy J7 model for 2016 comes with 5.5 inch full HD super AMOLED display with 420ppi as pixel density. It gets powered by octa-core processor and clocked at 1.6 GHz and RAM is 3GBN with internal storage of 16GB. The smartphone can accept micro SD cards of up to 128 GB.
The back camera is of 13 MP and the front facing one is of 5 MP. Both these phones come with f/1.9 aperture lens and LED flash. They come with 4G LTE bands, NFC, Bluetooth V4.1 and Wi-Fi. It weighs 170 grams and with 3300mAh battery.
With Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016), it comes with a 5.2 inch HD Super AMOLED display and it gets powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM. The back camera is of 13 MP and front is of 5 MP. The phone weighs 159 grams and comes with 3100 mAh battery.
