NASA has sent the satellite wit the space vehicle Kepler fitted with the most powerful telescope in the space.

This space vehicle with the powerful telescope takes pictures of the wonders happening in space and transmits to NASA lab.

It has so far discovered 1284 new planets. When compared to the earlier period, this is twice.

Recently, it has discovered 100 more planets. They are all almost the size of earth. They contain air and water. So, it is confirmed that organisms can live.

In a conference attended and debated by scientists, Kepler Mission scientist Dr. Natalie informed that there are 1000 crore planets where organisms can live.

24 percent of these planets are smaller than Earth. They are rockier.

In the recent discovery of 100 planets, research is to be undertaken whether the water in vapour form, oxygen, methane, carbon-di-oxide, and other gases are available.
