Known for its varied world cuisines, the fine all day dining restaurant at The Park, 601 (Six `O` One) presents `Life of a Plant` food festival which is a healthy,organic five course menu featuring all parts of a plant from seed to fruit. The food festival focuses on organic gourmet ingredients, contemporary food presentation and usage of all parts of a plant including seed, root, stem, leaf, flower and fruit.
The menu will comprise Flaxseed tart, Black sesame mousse, Edible mud, Sunflower seed sprouts, Opal basil amber, Horseradish and balsamic sphagetti, Wasabi crisp, Asparagus stem charlotte, Truffle young leek, Lotus stem wafers, Artchoke barigoule, Parsely caviar, Crispy vine Dolma, Grand marnier souse orange mousse, Aptel nougat crumber and Frozen chocolate sponge to name a few.
Price: Rs 999 for the five course menu for both lunch and dinner.
