Chennai event - European Film Festival 2016 (6th Jun - 18th Jun)

The 21st European Union Film Festival will be celebrated in the city with a 13-day extravaganza featuring selected latest films. It will feature 24 new and award winning films from Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. There will be films like Scouting for Zebras, Three Brothers, Silent Heart, Jack, 1916 - The Irish Rebellion, Flamenco from the roots, Urban Family, Michiel de Ruyter and others to be screened. The screenings will be held at Goethe-Institut Chennai and Alliance Francaise of Madras, Nungambakkam.
