Ente Keralam is hosting a festival dedicated to all things seafood. A delicious spread prepared by Chef Jayaprasad will be available this week at all their outlets. You can gorge on a variety of dishes that include fresh fish, squid, crab and prawn. Some of the dishes on offer include Njandu (crab) Rasam, Mixed Seafood Soup, Tiger Prawn Tawa Fry, Nethili (anchovy) Varuthathu, Neimeen (seerfish) Pollichathu, Alleppey Style Mango Curry (prawn cooked with rich coconut milk and raw mango) and much more.
