As per this order, the loans taken by the small and micro scale farmers up to 31st March are waived. The loans taken by farmers who own lands of 2.5 to 5 acres are also waived. The loans taken by the farmers who own lands below 2.5 acres are also waived. The loans for agriculture, including the principal, interest, and the penalty for default are all waived.
If the farmers had taken loans pledging their jewels, this is also waived.
