Whether the 7th PC will be implemented immediately or delayed

It is expected that notification towards implementation of the 7th Pay Commission will be issued early next week by the Central Government.
7th CPC recommendations were approved by the government on 29th June, 2016. It has been confirmed that the hike in remunerations comes to 23.55 per cent.
The cabinet has increased the minimum pay from existing Rs 7000 to Rs 18,000 while the central government employees’ unions are demanding minimum pay Rs. 26,000.
Because of this anomaly, there is a doubt that whether the 7th PC will be implemented immediately or delayed.
When asked an official about this, he said: Gazette Notification for the same is expected today or early next week.
