Consultative meeting on Amma Vara Chandai held at Ripon Buildings

On behalf of Chennai Corporation, a consultative meeting about the launching of Amma Vara Chandai (Amma Weekly Market) was held. Officials from 25 government departments and officials from 45 banks participated in this important meet. Mayor Saidai Duraisamy and Commissioner T Karthikeyan headed the meet. Various issues like why the Amma Vara Chandai is being launched and what the Corporation expects from various departments and banks were discussed.
