Online classifieds firm Quikr acquires Hiree online hiring platform

Online classifieds firm Quikr after QuikrHomes and QuikrServices will now be expanding to QuikrJobs. In view of this Online classifieds firm Quikr is acquiring Hiree a Bangalore-based online hiring platform focused on white collar jobs.
The acquisition will help QuikrJobs offer recruitment service for senior and mid-level posts along with its forte, which are entry-level and blue collar jobs.
QuikrJobs` job seeker profiles hit the 10-lakh-mark recently. The number was achieved through its missed call service along with profiles created on a desktop and mobile. The platform offers role-based search for both recruiters and job-seekers for full-time, part-time, work-from-home and work-abroad options.
