Panasonic’s Eluga Arc 2 smartphone has been announced for the Indian market. It is priced at Rs. 12290.
The new device is developed using minimal plastic material and comes with dual 2.5 curved glass. As for the specifications, the smartphone packs a 5 inch HD IPS Display with On-Cell Touch Technology and 2.5D Curved Asahi DragonTrail Glass. It is powered by a 1.3 Ghz processor paired with 3GB RAM. The Eluga Arc 2 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and offer dual SIM functionalities with 4G LTE connectivity. It will be available in Gold and Rose Gold colours.
The smartphone comes with an 8 MP rear camera with an LED flash, while there is a 5 MP front facing snapper also on board. It packs 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128 GB using a microSD card. The Eluga Arc 2 offers Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro USB 2.0. While the sensors include Light Sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer.
The new device is fuelled by a 2450 mAh battery and comes with some additional features such as Turbo download, OTG USB support and the IR blaster.
Speaking about the Eluga Arc 2, a senior executive of Panasonic India said, The new smartphone has minimal plastic material, providing a seamless convergence of style and performance for consumers.
