2nd phase of counselling for Group 4 services of TNPSC

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has announced that the 2nd phase of counselling for the Group 4 posts will be held between 9th August and 12th August.
The examination for the Group 4 posts such as Junior Assistants, Bill Collector, Drafts Man, Typist, Steno Typist and Field Surveyor was held on 21.12.2014. The results for this examination were announced on 22.05. 2015. After the 1st phase of counselling, 419 posts were remaining vacant. In order to fill up these vacancies the 2nd phase of counselling is to be held between 9th and 12th August at TNPSC office in Chennai. The tentative rank list of the candidates called for counselling has been uploaded in the TNPSC website (www.tnpsc.gov.in)
Those called for the counselling have been notified through SMS and e mail. The dates and time are mentioned in the SMS and e mails. The call letter has also been sent separately through speed post.
Candidates called for counselling are based on the marks, rank and other government conditions. Merely attending the counseling does not guarantee a job.
