Bank of Baroda is one of the nationalised public sector banks. An announcement has been released by Bank of Baroda to fill up the posts of probationary officers. 400 candidates are to be selected.
202 posts are intended for Open community section. OBC has 108 posts. SC candidates have 60 pots. ST candidates have 30 posts.
The selected candidates will undergo training for 9 months and then appointed as probationary officers. The training will be given in the Manipal Bank Posts Training Centre. The candidates who pass this training will be given a certificate and then the appointment.
Details of requirements:
Age limit: Candidates should be in the age group 20-28 as on 1st August 2016. In other words, they should be born in the dates between 2nd August 1988 and 1st August 1996.(including these 2 dates). Age concessions will be given as per the applicable rules and regulations.
Academic qualifications: Candidates must be graduates in any subject with a minimum of 60 percent marks. SC/ST and differently-abled candidates will be given a concession of 5 percent marks.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the online test, psychology skill test, group discussion, and interview. They will be appointed after the successful completion of 9 months training.
Fees: Rs. 100/- for SC/ST and differently abled. For others, Rs. 600/-. This must be paid online.
Applying procedure: Eligible and interested candidates may apply online. The application form will be actively present till 21st August 2016. Scan the photo and signature and keep ready for applying online. Upload them on the relevant areas. Take 2 hard copies of the filled applications. The written test is tentatively scheduled on 25th September 2016.
