2016 Asia autumn forecast - Tropical cyclones to prowl Bay of Bengal

In 2015, NE Monsoon, there was not even one named cyclone in Bay of Bengal and we faced historic floods. In 2016, it will different, we are going to see many cyclones. This year our North East Monsoon (October- December 2016 rainfall) will depend upon where the cyclones move and make landfall. If the cyclones go north to Andhra or Odisha like in 2013, we will miss the rains. However, if it keeps coming to Tamil Nadu like in 2005, then we will see heavy rains.
Cyclones and Depressions will rule this year. We can come to more clarity by mid October.
