India Post released a commemorative postage stamp on Mother Teresa to celebrate the canonization of Mother Teresa as a saint.
Union Minister of State for Communications Manoj Sinha unveiled the postage stamp during a ceremony at the Divine Child High School in Mumbai,
Mother Teresa elevation to Roman Catholicism`s celestial pantheon came in a canonization mass in St Peter`s square in the Vatican that was presided over by Pope Francis in the presence of 100,000 pilgrims.
