Changes in pattern of train services between Chennai Central - Basin Bridge

To facilitate engineering works for commissioning the 5th & 6th railway lines between Chennai Central - Basin Bridge Jn., changes have been announced in pattern of train services.
A.The important features of suburban train services on 17th & 18th September, 2016 have been provided below.
No train services will be operated from Moore Market Complex railway station on 17th & 18th September, 2016.
EMU train services will be available from Chennai Beach railway station to Avadi, Tiruvallur, Arakkonam and Tiruttani / Tirupati.
EMU train services will be available from Chennai Beach railway station to Ponneri, Gummidipundi, Sullurupetta and Nellore.
B.Changes in MRTS services on 17.09.2016
In Chennai Beach - Velachery - Chennai Beach MRTS section, Sunday pattern of train services will be operated on 17.09.2016, Saturday.
