The latest survey indicates that 34 percent of the Indian employees do not have the skill required for their jobs.This is 47 percent in China.
Pnp Med Life has released the results of the survey regarding the employee welfare. The survey was conducted among the one-third of the employees in 6 countries.
34 percent of the Indian employees believe they do not have the required skill for their jobs. This is 40 percent in Poland, England, and the United Arab Emirates. In China, it is 47 percent. In Russia, it is 56 percent.
The report observed that the employers have to give due focus and consideration regarding the employee salary and other allowances including some special perks in order to attract and retain them in their jobs.
88 percent of the Indian employees inform that the employer gives more perks and allowances as a competitor to the other employers in their field of industry. Most of the multi-national corporations give medical insurance, life insurance, and accident insurance to their employees.
There has been an increasing trend in offering more and allowances to the employees. Even the smaller organisations may need to offer more allowances for their employees in order to retain them. Health-related allowances, retired life-related allowances, and other financial schemes will play a significant role in this trend.
