North Tamil Nadu including Chennai may witness scattered light rains

The cyclonic circulation over Andhra Pradesh and adjoining areas has intensified into a low pressure area. Hence, widespread moderate rains are expected over Tamil Nadu.
Chennai Meteorological Centre has mentioned: The cyclonic circulation over Andhra Pradesh and adjoining areas has intensified into a low pressure area. Hence, widespread moderate rains are expected over Rayalaseema, Telangana including Hyderabad and adjoining North Karnataka. There will also be rains in North Tamil and Puducherry. As far as Chennai is concerned the sky will be murky. There will rains in some parts of the city during the evening or nights. The maximum and minimum temperatures will be 33 degrees and 26 degrees Celsius respectively.
