Device to detect adulterated milk

The Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, or CEERI, has developed a device which can detect the adulterant in milk in less than 40 seconds. The device is now being developed by three companies including Rajasthan Electronics and Instrumentation Limited. It will be available in the market for general public soon.
 
Speaking about this at a ceremony to mark the 64th anniversary of CEERI in Pilani on Wednesday, Union Cabinet Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said, This device can detect the adulteration with a price of just 5 paisa which is a remarkable meant to suit the needs of our country. Our great scientist Dr CV Raman and Dr Jagdish Chandra Bose had carried out research work in adverse situations. On the contrary, we have the best facilities in the world for research work.
