Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa to be discharged soon - Kerala Governor P. Sathasivam

Apollo Hospitals in a press release on Monday has mentioned that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa is being continued with her treatment. In a press release, it has been mentioned : The honourable Chief Minister continues to be under treatment at Apollo Hospitals, Greams Road, Chennai. She is is being constantly monitored by the intensivists and the other consultants in the expert panel. Necessary respiratory support, antibiotics, nutrition, supportive therapy and passive physiotherapy were being given to her. Prof Dr G Khilnani, Department of Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), visited Apollo Hospital again on October 9 and 10 and examined Honourable Chief Minister, He had discussions with the expert panel of the hospital and concurred with the present line of treatment being given to the chief minister,
Kerala Governor P. Sathasivam along with Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan visited Apollo Hospitals. After his visit Kerala Governor P. Sathasivam said: All the specialists` doctors informed us that there is a good response to the treatment and she is likely to be discharged soon and soon she will take over the administration of the state.
Vijayan said he and the Governor decided to come to convey the best wishes of the people of Kerala and to wish her speedy recovery.
Puducherry Lt Governor Kiran Bedi also visited the Apollo Hospital.
