Healthy Recipe - Vegetable rice with Raw mango

Vegetable rice with Raw mango is the easy and simple recipe is delicious and healthy. To Make for 2 people, What you need:
  • Beans - 6 to 8
  • Carrot - 1 medium size
  • Potato - 1 medium size
  • Raw Mango - ¼
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Onions - 1 medium
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Tomato - 1
Cut all the above ingredients into thin and long.
  • Basmati rice  - 1 cup
  • Cooking oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Kitchen king masala MDH - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Cloves  2, Cinnamon a small stick and black Cardamom - 1
Method:
  • Soak rice for 10 minutes in water.
  • Heat the pressure cooker add oil and season with 2 cloves and a black cardamom and a small cinnamon stick . now add thinly cut onions and capsicum and saute. add ½ tsp turmeric ,½ tsp red chilli powder and salt. 
  • saute for 2 minutes and add all the vegetables which should be cut lengthwise,mix well. Now add the kitchen king masala toss it well with veg add curds and rice, add half a cup of water mix and close the lid and give two whistles and switch heat off. cool and serve with chips.
