Twitter officially launched the ability to create live videos

Live video has been introduced by Twitter for Android and IOS phones. Like Facebook, Twitter users can broadcast their videos in a single tweet. In order to utilize this option, periscope app is required.
Thus, after updating the app, users can simply tap on the Tweet option and the icon to go live. By clicking on the Tweet button, the user will see three new options for adding media content via the camera. By pressing the Camera button, users will get the option to add a photo, a video, or start a live video. Once the users click on Live Video, they will be directed to Periscope to start the live video, which will be live streamed simultaneously on Twitter. Furthermore, users can also stop the broadcast and even save the video on to their phone.
