No WhatsApp facility in old cell phones from now

It had been announced earlier in the year that the WhatsApp facility which is a hugely popular chat medium may be withdrawn from the old model cell phones at the end of the year 2016.
Accordingly, WhatsApp facility will not be available in the old cell phone models operating on platforms like 3GS, iOS 4, 4S, 5 and 6. It will be available only on platform iOS 10.
WhatsApp wont be available even in the android phones 2.1 and 2.2 released in the year 2011. It will not be available on the cells operating on Windows 7 and 7.1.
