ISRO is planning to break the records by launching PSLV-C37 along with 103 satellites. The first launch for the year is going to be PSLV-C37 with a whopping 103 satellites including Cartosat-2D in January 27.

ISRO has been gearing up to launch 4 missions in the first half of 2017. They include PSLV-C37 with 103 satellites on board, GSLV-Mk-111 developmental flight with 3.2 tonne weighing GSAT-19E in March and two more missions thereafter.
