The regional transport offices (RTOs) not functioning today (6th January)

The regional transport offices have not functioned today – Friday, 6th January.
This has been attributed to the problems faced as the software was being modified to include the latest changes in fares.
As the work was in a standstill, the public who visited the RTO had to turn back with disappointment.
