Indian Space Research Organisation has tested the indigenously manufactured engine for the cryogenic rocket on 25th January. This test was done in the presence of the Chairman Kiran Kumar of ISRO on Wednesday at 8.40 pm. This testy lasted for 50 seconds.
This test took place at ISRO Propulsion Complex located in the western ghats of Kanyakumari District.
At this juncture ISRO has mentioned that it has successfully tested C 25 cryogenic engine for its GSLV Mark 3 rocket.
ISRO said this test is a significant milestone in the development of indigenous cryogenic propulsion technology. The next one was planned for flight duration of 640 seconds.
