LPG prices hiked

The price of domestic gas cylinder has been increased by RS 66.50. Public sector oil companies Indian Oil Corporation, Bharath and Hindustan Petroleum supplies gas for domestic and commercial usage. As per the rate of the crude oil in the international market, prices of gas are determined every month. During the month of January, the gas cylinder was sold for Rs 594.50. Now the prices are increased by Rs 66 and are sold for Rs 661. 19 kilo commercial cylinder is being sold for Rs 1233.50 in Chennai. This month, this price will be increased by Rs 104.50 and sold at Rs 1338.
