Google has said that Android Instant Apps at I/O 2016 will help users discover and run app with minimal friction.
Few Instant Apps available to Android users for the first time in a limited test, including apps from BuzzFeed, Wish, Periscope, and Viki. By collecting user feedback and iterating on the product, the company will expand the experience to more apps and users.
In order to develop an instant app, users need to update their existing Android app to take advantage of Instant Apps functionality and then modularise your app so part of it can be downloaded and run. Users can use the same Android APIs and Android Studio project. The full SDK will be available in the coming months.
